All manufacturers try to equip each and every smartphone as best as possible to circumvent competitors and win a piece of the market. But the company Oppo surprised everyone with its new model, it’s hard to understand why to create such a device.
The smartphone in question here is Oppo A83. This budget device, which does not stand out in the background of competitors, with such phones the market is simply teeming. This phone is equipped with a 5.7-inch display, a ratio of 18: 9 (2: 1) and HD + (1440 × 720 pixels, 282 ppi), 2 GB of RAM, 16 GB of internal memory, expandable with a memory card microSD up to 128 GB, and it also has a main camera at 13 megapixels and a front camera at 8 megapixels.
As you can see, the characteristics are quite budgetary. Take a good look at the photo of the Oppo A83, on it you can see that the smartphone does not even have a fingerprint scanner, and it already exists even in budget devices.
Oppo A83 surprised us very much.
Meanwhile, the TENAA organization reports that the new Oppo is equipped with an 8-core processor with a clock speed of at least 2.5 GHz! Judging by the parameters, it will be MediaTek from the Helio P2x series. The question arises: why such a strong and efficient system in such a budget smartphone? After all, on this device you can not even use all the potential that this processor has.
The only thing that came to my mind was that TENAA was probably wrong. Sometimes it happens, I just do not believe that the Oppo A83 uses MediaTek from the Helio series. The maximum that I expect to see here is the MediaTek MT6750T with a frequency of 1.5 GHz. Perhaps someone in the agency jerked his finger and he pressed the button “2” instead of “1”?
