Even easier and thinner from their predecessors. Fujitsu has announced the update of the Lifebook series by introducing two new laptops designed for business use. New versions of the Lifebook E4 and Lifebook E5 models are, first of all, increased performance and improved components.
The first was the Lifebook E4, it is equipped with a 14-inch or 15.6-inch matte screen, working at a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels or 1920 x 1080 pixels (depending on the version). For the efficiency of this notebook is responsible for the seventh-generation Intel Core processor, and the battery used here, according to the manufacturer, will not stop working day-and-night. The cost of this model starts from 599 euros.
The second was the Lifebook E5, which boasts an eight-generation Intel Core processor, a 14-inch and a 15.6-inch screen that operates at a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, and the presence of LTE communications. Fujitsu boasts that the thickness of the hull of this model was reduced by 24% compared to its predecessors – up to 23.9 mm. From the ports we find here VGA, Ethernet, HDMI and two USB 3.0. The Lifebook E5 will be available in a version with an illuminated keyboard. The weakest version will cost 699 euros.
Both models also received a new, more accurate trackpad and a fingerprint scanner. The exact characteristics of individual options will be available at the time of sales, that is, in January 2018.
