In the GFX Bench test appeared Samsung SM-J337. The designation assumes that this is Galaxy J3 2018.
The test data indicates that the next generation of this budget model will not change much relative to its predecessor – at least in the specification issue. The test showed that the Galaxy J3 2018 has a 5-inch HD screen and a four-core processor with a frequency of 1.5 GHz, which is supported by 2 GB of RAM. The device will also receive 16 GB of internal memory, of which about 9 GB remain for the user.
It also shows that the smartphone will have a 5-megapixel front camera and an 8-megapixel rear camera. Perhaps this is some kind of mistake, because this year the model has a camera with a resolution of 13 megapixels. It may be that the manufacturer decided to use a dual camera, but this is unlikely, because Koreans only recently began to put them on their flagships, and this is a budget model.
To be honest, I was a little upset with such data, because there are practically no improvements. Maybe something is hidden from us, we’ll have to wait a little. The premiere of the smartphone should take place in the first quarter of 2018, and on sale it will appear already closer to the third quarter. Apparently, Samsung decided to focus on its flagships, and a bit forgot about the state employees.
